Consolata; Tzuku's mother.

Some of you might recognize this from my old account. :) Been working off and on since August of last year.

The marking on her chest is the seal she had placed on herself to keep from Tzuku being born with working powers. *mysterious voice*

What did you use? Like, Photoshop or Illustrator...the old portrait look is beautiful. I especially like her dress and hands.
